Terms of Service_

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of FACET's AI consulting platform and services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice. Material changes will be notified to you at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Services Description

FACET provides a premium AI consulting platform connecting individual clients with elite AI specialists. Our services include:

• Access to verified AI consultants and specialists
• Credit-based payment system for consulting services
• Bespoke AI solutions and strategic advisory
• Platform tools for service delivery and communication

3. Eligibility and Restrictions

Access to FACET is restricted. Before you create an account or buy credits, confirm that all of the following apply to you:

• Age: you are at least 18 years old. FACET is not intended for, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.
• Legal capacity: you are able to enter into a binding contract under the law of your country, and you are acting for yourself or with authority to bind the organisation you are buying for.
• Geography: FACET does not provide services to anyone located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region subject to applicable trade or financial sanctions — currently Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Cuba. This is enforced at registration, at sign-in, and on every page request, using the country of your email domain, the country of your phone number, and the country your connection resolves to. A request from a restricted country is refused with an HTTP 451 “Unavailable For Legal Reasons” response.
• Accurate details: the name, email address and phone number on your account are your own and correct. We may suspend an account whose details we cannot verify.
• Payment: you pay with a card you are authorised to use.
• Specialists: offering services on FACET is subject to further requirements, set out in the Specialist Service Terms.

If you do not meet these requirements you may not use the platform. We may suspend or close any account that does not meet them, or stops meeting them.

4. Consumer Rights

3.1 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from credit purchases within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@facetai.space with your order details.

Please note: If you request consulting services to begin during the withdrawal period and the service is fully performed, you may not be entitled to withdraw or may be required to pay proportionate costs for services rendered.

3.2 Consumer Guarantees

Services must be performed with reasonable care and skill. If services are defective or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy including service correction, price reduction, or refund in accordance with consumer protection laws.

5. Credit System

4.1 Credit Purchases

Credits are purchased directly as one-time transactions. FACET does not operate on a subscription model. Each credit purchase is a separate contract for digital content.

Exchange rate: 10 credits = 1 USD (or equivalent in local currency). Prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout.

4.2 Credit Terms

• Credits do not expire
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase (subject to withdrawal rights)
• Credits are debited only when services are successfully completed

How You Receive the Service

When you describe a task, an automated estimate proposes a price in credits. If you accept it, the credits are deducted and our team assigns a specialist, who delivers the work and communicates with you through the in-platform chat on your task page. The chat carries text messages only; if a result includes files, the specialist sends you a link to them in the chat.

6. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Be at least 18 years old to use the platform
• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain confidentiality of your credentials
• Use services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent platform security
• Communicate respectfully with specialists
• Comply with all applicable laws

7. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

All prices are displayed in credits with real-time currency conversion. We support USD, EUR, PLN, KZT, CAD, AZN, and AUD.

For each credit purchase you will receive an email receipt with a PDF invoice attached.

In summary: Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days. Credits used for completed services are generally non-refundable; if you are not satisfied, contact us and we will review the issue as described in our Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the property of FACET or our licensors.

Deliverables from consulting engagements: Ownership and licensing terms will be specified in individual engagement agreements between you and the specialist.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law

Subject to the above, our liability for any claim is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that are not reasonably foreseeable.

11. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. You have rights regarding your personal data as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

Upon termination, unused credits may be refunded in accordance with our refund policy. Completed services and their terms survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, the jurisdiction in which the operating company is registered.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at legal@facetai.space to seek an amicable resolution.

If we cannot resolve your complaint directly, you can contact us by email at support@facetai.space.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Regulatory Status and Disclaimers

FACET is a trading name of keysa gaan OÜ, which operates the platform as an online marketplace. We are not a bank, an e-money institution, a payment institution, an investment firm or an insurer, and we are not authorised or supervised as a provider of regulated financial services in Estonia or anywhere else.

Credits are prepaid units representing access to specialist services on the platform. They are not electronic money, a deposit account, a security, a crypto-asset, or a cash-redeemable store of value outside the purchase and refund mechanisms described in these Terms, our Payments Policy and our Refund Policy.

We do not process your card payment directly. Card transactions are routed through an authorised, PCI-compliant third-party payment service provider, as described in our Payments Policy. We do not store your full card details.

FACET is a venue. Our team assigns independent specialists to clients' tasks and handles payment, but we are not a party to the service contract between you and a specialist and we do not supply the services ourselves. Specialists are independent contractors, not our employees or agents.

Nothing delivered through FACET is legal, medical, tax, investment or regulated financial advice, and it must not be relied on as such. You are responsible for deciding whether a deliverable is fit for your purpose and for complying with the law that applies to you, including any export control, data protection or sector-specific rules governing the work you commission.

We apply sanctions screening and identity checks in order to meet our obligations under Estonian and EU law. We may refuse, delay, suspend or reverse a transaction, and may close an account, where we reasonably believe that is necessary to comply with them.
